Preparation

1

Cook the Fettuccine

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cooking

2

Sauté the Aromatics

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

3

Add Vegetables

Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cherry peppers, and chopped rosemary. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes begin to soften.

4

Cook the Shrimp

Add the jumbo shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.

5

Deglaze and Add Liquids

Pour in the white wine and clam juice, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. Bring to a simmer for 3-5 minutes.

6

Add Beans and Tomatoes

Stir in the cannellini beans and crushed San Marzano tomatoes. Let simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

7

Combine with Pasta

Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing together with the shrimp and sauce until well combined. Cook for another 2 minutes.
