Meatballs Preparation

Make the Meatball Mixture
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, egg, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.

Form the Meatballs
Using your hands, form the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the Potatoes
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Tomato Sauce Preparation

Add Garlic and Tomatoes
Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, then add canned crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Cooking Meatballs

Cook the Meatballs
In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.

Combine with Sauce
Once browned, pour the tomato sauce over the meatballs and let simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
Assembly

Plate the Dish
On a serving plate, place a portion of the crispy potatoes and top with meatballs and tomato sauce. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
