Clean the Mushrooms
Gently wipe the portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Remove the stems and set aside.

Sauté the Garlic and Peppers
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, then add the diced bell peppers. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the peppers are tender.

Deglaze with White Wine
Pour the white wine into the skillet, allowing it to deglaze the pan. Cook for another 5 minutes, flipping the mushrooms halfway through, until they are tender and the wine has reduced slightly.
