Method
Preparation
- 1
Clean the Squid
Rinse the baby squid under cold water. Remove the heads and innards, leaving the bodies intact. Pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2
Marinating
- 3
Marinate the Squid
Place the cleaned squid into the marinade. Ensure they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Grilling
- 4
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 200-230°C or 400-450°F).
- 5
Grill the Squid
Remove the squid from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Thread the squid onto skewers. Place them on the preheated grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are opaque and slightly charred.
- 6
Serve
Remove the squid from the grill and serve immediately, drizzled with any remaining marinade if desired.
