Pimento Cheeseburger Ingredients

Method

Pimento Cheeseburger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patties

Shape the American Wagyu beef into two equal patties. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood smoked bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside on a paper towel to drain excess fat.

  3. 3

    Grill the Patties

In the same skillet or on a grill, cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip them and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium rare, or longer to your desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, add pimento cheese on top of each patty to melt.

  4. 4

    Toast the Buns

In another skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the brioche buns cut side down and toast until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each toasted bun, layer the spring mix, followed by the cooked patty with melted pimento cheese, crispy bacon, a few slices of red onion, and candied pickled jalapenos. Top with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
