Directions for Grilled Sixty South Salmon

1. Prepare the Lemon Herb Butter

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter, fresh lemon juice, chopped parsley, chopped dill, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Set aside.

2. Prepare the Salmon

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the Sixty South Salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper on both sides.

3. Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes, then carefully flip and grill for an additional 4-6 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

4. Serve
