Broken Yolk Sandwich: Two fried eggs, bacon, tomato, Biltmore Dairy Farms® Golden Blaze Cheddar and mayo on City Bakery sourdough bread. Eggs Over Southern: Two eggs, any style served over two warm oven baked biscuits covered with house made sausage gravy.

    Cook the Potatoes

    Dice the potatoes and boil them in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the Eggs

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the eggs to your desired style (fried, scrambled, etc.).

    Prepare the Bacon

    In the same skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.

    Assemble the Broken Yolk Sandwich

    On a slice of sourdough bread, layer the fried eggs, bacon, sliced tomato, cheddar cheese, and mayo. Top with another slice of bread.

    Prepare Eggs Over Southern

    Place the cooked biscuits on a plate, top with the cooked eggs, and generously pour sausage gravy over the top.
