Prepare the Cheese Dip
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream cheese and Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.

Gradually add the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir continuously until the cheese is fully melted and the mixture is well combined.
