Prepare the patties
In a mixing bowl, combine the American Wagyu beef and Black Angus beef. Season with salt and pepper. Form into 2 equal-sized patties.

Cook the bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood smoked bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Cook the patties
In the same skillet, add the beef patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip the patties and place a slice of Golden Blaze Cheddar on top of each patty. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the patties reach your desired doneness.

Assemble the burger
On the bottom half of each brioche bun, place a beef patty with melted cheese. Top with crispy bacon, slices of tomato, and a handful of local spring mix. Cover with the top half of the bun.

Serve the Bacon Cheddar Burger immediately with your favorite sides.
