Homemade Hot Sauce

Prepare the Ingredients
Chop the fresh chilies and garlic cloves finely.

Bottle the Sauce
Pour the hot sauce into a clean bottle and store in the refrigerator.
Chimichurri

Chop the Herbs
Finely chop the parsley and oregano, and mince the garlic cloves.

Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, combine chopped parsley, oregano, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Let it Rest
Allow the chimichurri to sit for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
Horseradish Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together prepared horseradish, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.

Add salt to taste and stir well until combined.
Mintchurri
