    Prepare the Shrimp

    In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the Old Bay seasoning and juice from half a lemon. Once boiling, add the jumbo shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and immediately transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking process.

    Make the Malagueta Cocktail Sauce

    In a mixing bowl, combine the Malagueta hot sauce, ketchup, horseradish, and lemon juice from the remaining half of the lemon. Mix well until all ingredients are combined. Adjust seasoning with salt to taste.

    Serve

    Once the shrimp have cooled, drain and pat dry. Arrange the shrimp on a serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve alongside the Malagueta cocktail sauce for dipping.
