Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, ensuring one side has direct heat and the other side has indirect heat.

Move the ribeye to the indirect heat side of the grill and add fresh rosemary on top. Close the lid and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes or until it reaches your desired doneness.
