Prepare the Ribs
Start by rinsing the beef ribs under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to a low heat, around 250°F (120°C).

Grill the Ribs
Place the seasoned ribs on the grill bone side down. Close the lid and cook for approximately 4-5 hours, turning occasionally, until the meat is tender and has formed a nice crust.

Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
