Preparation Steps
- 1
Cook the Lobsters
Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add salt to the water. Carefully add the live lobsters to the pot and cover. Boil for about 8-10 minutes until they turn bright red. Remove them from the pot and place them in an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
- 2
Prepare the Lobster Meat
Once the lobsters are cooled, carefully crack the claws and tails. Remove the meat and split the tails down the middle to create a beautiful presentation. Set aside.
- 3
Make the Drawn Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat until it is completely liquid. Keep warm on low heat until serving.
