Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare Lobster and Shrimp
Fill a large pot with salted water and bring it to a boil. Add the lobster claws and lobster tail to the boiling water and cook for 8-10 minutes until they are bright red and cooked through. In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the jumbo shrimp. Once done, remove the seafood and plunge them into an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Allow to cool completely.
- 2
Prepare the Serving Plate
Once the seafood is cooled, carefully crack the lobster claws and remove the meat. Split the lobster tail in half lengthwise and remove the meat. Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails on for presentation.
- 3
Serve
Arrange the lobster meat, lobster claws, and shrimp on a chilled serving platter. Serve with drawn butter, Brazilian Malagueta cocktail sauce, and fresh lemon wedges on the side.
