1. Marinate the Meats

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well. Add the chicken, lamb, and pork, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

2. Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

3. Grill the Meats

Remove the meats from the marinade and shake off excess. Place the chicken, lamb, and pork on the grill. Grill chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes per side, and pork tenderloin for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
