On a large wooden board or platter, arrange the assorted cured meats and cheeses in separate sections.

Making Gaucho Hummus Crostini

Prepare the Baguette
Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices and arrange on a baking sheet.

Drizzle the olive oil over the slices and toast in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes or until golden.
