Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. This helps to achieve crispiness.

In a large bowl, toss the wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.
- 3
Cook the Wings
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- 4
- 5
Toss the Wings in Sauce
Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the hot sauce over them. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- 6
Serve
Serve the hot wings immediately with celery sticks and your choice of dipping sauce.
