Method

Steak Preparation

1

Marinate the Steak

In a large bowl, combine the flat iron steak, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2

Grill the Steak

Preheat the grill to high heat. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Preparation

3

Cook the Potatoes

Peel and chop the russet potatoes into chunks. Boil them in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Add garlic cloves during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

4

Mash the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and garlic. In a bowl, mash the potatoes and garlic with butter, milk, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Grilled Asparagus Preparation

5

Prepare and Grill the Asparagus

Toss the asparagus spears with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Grill for about 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred.

Chimichurri Butter Preparation

6

Make the Chimichurri Butter

In a bowl, mix softened butter with chopped fresh parsley, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and salt. Blend until well combined.
