Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim the ends, and cut them in half.

Season the Sprouts
In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

Roast the Sprouts
Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender.

Add Parmesan and Balsamic
Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, tossing to combine. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
