Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Slice the Roma tomatoes and set aside. If you haven't done so, roast the garlic by wrapping it in foil and baking for 30 minutes until soft.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Flatbread

On a baking sheet or pizza stone, place the flatbread or rolled-out pizza dough. Brush it with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Add the Toppings

Spread the roasted garlic cloves evenly over the flatbread. Layer the sliced Roma tomatoes on top, followed by the fresh basil leaves. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

  4. 4

    Bake the Flatbread

Bake the flatbread in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice into pieces and serve warm.
