Burger Preparation

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood-smoked bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Form the Patties
Divide the ground beef into two equal portions and form into patties. Season with salt and pepper.

Grill the Patties
Place patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness.

Add Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of white cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.

Prepare the Bourbon Sriracha Glaze
In a small bowl, mix together bourbon and sriracha sauce in equal parts for a quick glaze.

Place the grilled patty with melted cheese on the bottom half of the bun. Top with crispy bacon, grilled onions, and drizzle with the bourbon sriracha glaze. Add the top half of the bun.
