Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs or Chef’s Seasonal Frittata

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    For Scrambled Eggs

    1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. 2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter. 3. Once the butter is melted and bubbling, pour in the egg mixture. 4. Gently stir the eggs with a spatula, allowing them to cook evenly. 5. Cook until the eggs are softly set but still slightly runny, about 3-4 minutes. Serve immediately.

  2. 2

    For Chef’s Seasonal Frittata

    1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. 3. In an oven-safe skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the seasonal vegetables and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes. 4. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and let it cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set. 5. Sprinkle cheese and herbs on top if using. 6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the center is set and lightly golden. 7. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
