Baking Instructions

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2

Cream Butter and Sugars

In a large bowl, beat together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.

3

Add Eggs and Vanilla

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, stir in the vanilla extract.

4

Combine Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

5

Mix Dry and Wet Ingredients

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

6

Fold in Chocolate Chunks

Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chunks.

7

Scoop and Bake

Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie. Sprinkle a small pinch of sea salt on top of each cookie.

8

Bake

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown but the centers are still soft.

9

Cool and Enjoy

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
