Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Seafood
In a large bowl, combine the seafood with olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat the seafood evenly and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
- 2
Cook the Seafood
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated seafood and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the seafood is cooked through and opaque. Remove from heat.
- 3
Warm the Tortillas
In a separate pan, warm the corn tortillas over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
- 4
Assemble the Tacos
Place a few pieces of cooked seafood on each tortilla. Top with shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, avocado slices, and a dollop of sour cream. Drizzle with hot sauce to taste.
- 5
Serve
Serve the tacos immediately with lime wedges on the side.
