Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Moisten the rim of a glass with a lime wedge and dip it into salt to create a salt rim.
Mix the Drink
In a shaker filled with ice, combine vodka, Clamato, Tabasco sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Shake gently to mix.
Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
Garnish
Garnish with pickled vegetables on a skewer or directly in the drink.
