Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fish

In a shallow bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and black pepper. In another bowl, beat the egg with milk. Dip each fish fillet first into the egg mixture, then into the flour mixture, ensuring they are well coated.

  2. 2

    Cook the Fish

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the battered fish fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Make the Seafood Sauce

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and mixed seafood. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until seafood is cooked. Pour in the heavy cream and lime juice, stirring well. Allow the sauce to simmer for 5 minutes, thickening slightly.

  4. 4

    Serve

Place the cooked fish fillets on a serving plate and top with the creamy seafood sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
