Method
Burger Preparation
- 1
Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Dailey's bacon until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.
- 2
Prepare the Beef Patty
Form the ground beef into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 3
Cook the Beef Patty
In the same skillet used for the bacon, cook the beef patty over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip.
- 4
Add Cheese and Jalapeños
After flipping the patty, place the slice of Pepper Jack cheese on top, along with sliced jalapeños. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the patty is cooked to your desired doneness.
- 5
Toast the Bun
While the patty is cooking, toast the potato bun in the same skillet for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
Assembly
- 6
Assemble the Burger
Place the cooked beef patty with cheese and jalapeños on the bottom half of the toasted potato bun.
- 7
Add Toppings
Top the burger with crispy bacon, pickles, onion slices, lettuce, and tomato slices.
- 8
Complete the Burger
Place the other half of the toasted bun on top to complete the burger.
- 9
Serve with Fries
Serve the jalapeño bacon cheeseburger with a side of crinkle cut fries.
