Preparation
1. Prepare the Lettuce
Remove the outer leaves of the iceberg lettuce, rinse under cold water, and pat dry. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.
2. Prepare the Proteins
Slice the turkey and ham if not pre-sliced. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them into quarters.
3. Prepare the Vegetables
Dice the medium tomato into small cubes.
4. Prepare the Cheeses
If using whole slices of Swiss cheese, cut them into strips. Shred the cheddar cheese if not already shredded.
Assembly
5. Assemble the Salad
Layer the chopped iceberg lettuce in the bottom of the salad bowl. Arrange the sliced turkey, ham, and the quartered hard-boiled eggs on top of the lettuce.
6. Add Vegetables and Cheese
Sprinkle the diced tomatoes over the proteins. Top with the strips of Swiss cheese and the shredded cheddar cheese.
7. Dress the Salad
Drizzle the ranch dressing and/or Italian dressing over the salad, or serve on the side.
