Method
Burger Preparation
- 1
Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Dailey's bacon slices until crispy. Remove and let them drain on paper towels.
- 2
Prepare the Patties
In a bowl, form the ground beef into two equal patties. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 3
Grill the Patties
On a preheated grill, cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
- 4
Add Cheese and Jalapeños
During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of Pepper Jack cheese on each patty and top with sliced jalapeños. Close the grill lid to melt the cheese.
- 5
Toast the Buns
While the patties are finishing, place the Wheat Montana potato buns on the grill cut side down for about 1-2 minutes until lightly toasted.
- 6
Assemble the Burger
Layer the bottom bun with lettuce, the beef patty with cheese and jalapeños, crispy bacon, pickles, onion, and tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.
Fries Preparation
- 7
Cook the Fries
Prepare crinkle cut fries according to package instructions, either baking or frying until golden and crispy.
- 8
Season the Fries
Once cooked, remove the fries from heat and season with salt to taste.
