Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with lemon pepper, Cajun seasoning, or Frank's Red Hot Sauce as desired. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest.

Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the chopped iceberg lettuce, red onion, mushrooms, and diced tomatoes. Toss gently to mix.
