Method
Preparing the Au Jus

Combine Ingredients
In a medium saucepan, combine beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir well.

Simmer
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Preparing the Fries

Cook the Fries
Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the frozen crinkle cut fries package. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy, usually about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Season the Fries
Remove the fries from the oven and season with salt to taste while they are still hot.
Assembling the Sandwich

Add Roast Beef and Swiss Cheese
Layer the sliced roast beef evenly on the inside of each hoagie roll. Top with Swiss cheese slices.

Melt the Cheese
Cover the skillet and let the sandwiches cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.

Serve the grilled hoagie sandwiches hot with a side of crispy crinkle cut fries and a small bowl of au jus for dipping.
