Preparing the Fries

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Fries
Spread the crinkle cut fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Season and Bake
Drizzle olive oil over the fries, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.

Warm the Gravy
In a small saucepan, heat the brown gravy over medium heat until hot, stirring occasionally.

Prepare the Corned Beef
If using leftover corned beef, shred or chop it into bite-sized pieces.

Assemble the Fries
Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them on a serving platter. Top them with the warm corned beef, then sprinkle generously with Dubliner cheese.
