Method

Preparing the Fries

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Fries

Spread the crinkle cut fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  3. 3

    Season and Bake

Drizzle olive oil over the fries, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.

Assembling the Dish

  1. 4

    Warm the Gravy

In a small saucepan, heat the brown gravy over medium heat until hot, stirring occasionally.

  2. 5

    Prepare the Corned Beef

If using leftover corned beef, shred or chop it into bite-sized pieces.

  3. 6

    Assemble the Fries

Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them on a serving platter. Top them with the warm corned beef, then sprinkle generously with Dubliner cheese.

  4. 7

    Add Gravy

Pour the hot brown gravy over the topped fries and cheese.

  5. 8

    Serve

Serve immediately while hot and enjoy your Dubliner Gravy Fries!
