Burger Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat your oven and cook the crinkle cut fries according to the package instructions until golden and crispy. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Cabbage

In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the chopped cabbage and sauté until it's slightly charred and tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Form the Patties

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently and form into 4 equal-sized patties.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Slice the onion and tomato. Wash the lettuce leaves and pat dry. Place these aside for burger assembly.

Cooking

  1. 5

    Grill the Patties

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and place a slice of Dubliner cheese on top. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked to your desired doneness.

  2. 6

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are finishing, place the Wheat Montana potato buns on the grill or skillet to toast them lightly for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Assembly

  1. 7

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each toasted bun, layer with lettuce, the grilled patty with melted Dubliner cheese, grilled cabbage, onion slices, tomato slices, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

  2. 8

    Serve

Serve the assembled Dubliner cheeseburgers with a side of crinkle cut fries. Enjoy!
