Method

Sandwich Preparation

  1. 1

    Grill the Bread

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Lightly butter one side of each slice of thick-cut bread. Place the bread butter-side down on the grill and toast until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and toast the other side.

  2. 2

    Assemble the Sandwich

On the first slice of grilled bread, spread mayonnaise. Layer with sliced ham, a slice of cheddar cheese, and a slice of turkey. Add a second slice of bread on top and repeat the layers with mayonnaise, bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Top with the third slice of grilled bread.

  3. 3

    Secure the Sandwich

Use toothpicks to secure the sandwich layers in place, cutting the sandwich diagonally into quarters for easier serving.

Fries Preparation

  1. 4

    Fry the Crinkle Cut Fries

Heat cooking oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the crinkle cut fries in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  2. 5

    Season the Fries

While the fries are still hot, sprinkle with salt to taste and toss to coat evenly.
