Method

Preparing the Burger Patty

  1. 1

    Mixing the Ingredients

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until all ingredients are incorporated.

  2. 2

    Forming the Patties

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each into a patty approximately 3/4 inch thick.

Cooking the Burger

  1. 3

    Grilling

Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.

Preparing the Fries

  1. 4

    Cooking the Fries

Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen fries package. Spread the fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with vegetable oil, and toss to coat. Bake until crispy, about 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.

Assembling the Burger

  1. 5

    Preparing the Bun and Toppings

Slice the potato buns in half. Slice the onion and tomato. Prepare the lettuce and pickles.

  2. 6

    Building the Burger

On the bottom half of each bun, layer the lettuce, burger patty, onion, tomato, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.
