Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patties

In a bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form each portion into a patty about 3/4 inch thick.

  2. 2

    Grill the Patties

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Buns

While the patties are grilling, cut the Wheat Montana potato buns in half and lightly toast them on the grill for about 1-2 minutes until they are golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each toasted bun, place a grilled beef patty. Top with pickles, sliced onion, lettuce, and tomato. Place the top half of the bun on the burger.

Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Fry the Crinkle Cut Fries

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the oil to 350°F (175°C). Add the frozen crinkle cut fries in batches and fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

  2. 6

    Season the Fries

While the fries are still hot, sprinkle with salt to taste.
