Method
Prepare the Burger Patty
- 1
Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- 2
Form Patty
Form the mixture into a patty about 3/4 inch thick and make a slight indentation in the center to prevent it from puffing up during cooking.
Cook the Bacon
- 3
Cook Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Dailey's bacon slices until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Burger
- 6
Toast Bun
Toast the potato bun on the skillet for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- 7
Layer Toppings

Add Bacon and Assemble
Top with the crispy bacon slices and cover with the top half of the bun.
