Burger Preparation

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Dailey's bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Form the Patties
In a bowl, shape the ground beef into two equal-sized patties, approximately ¾ inch thick. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Toast the Buns
While the burgers are grilling, split the Wheat Montana potato buns and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each bun, layer the lettuce, tomato, grilled patty with cheese, bacon, pickle slices, and onion. Top with the other half of the bun.

Prepare the Fries
Cook crinkle cut fries according to package instructions, either baking or frying until golden and crispy.

Once cooked, sprinkle the fries with salt and pepper to taste.
