Burger Ingredients

Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Dailey's bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

In a bowl, shape the ground beef into two equal-sized patties, approximately ¾ inch thick. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Grill the Patties

Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and add a slice of Cheddar cheese on top. Cook for another 3-4 minutes for medium doneness.

  4. 4

    Toast the Buns

While the burgers are grilling, split the Wheat Montana potato buns and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each bun, layer the lettuce, tomato, grilled patty with cheese, bacon, pickle slices, and onion. Top with the other half of the bun.

Fries Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare the Fries

Cook crinkle cut fries according to package instructions, either baking or frying until golden and crispy.

  2. 7

    Season the Fries

Once cooked, sprinkle the fries with salt and pepper to taste.
