In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet or pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced Andouille sausage and diced chicken breast. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Bring to a simmer.

Add the shrimp and cooked pasta to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
