Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, chopped green onions, and Cajun seasoning. Mix until well blended.

Fill the Wrappers
Lay one egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you. Place about 2 tablespoons of the crab mixture in the center. Fold the corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.

Heat the Oil
In a deep skillet or fryer, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Crab Fingers
Carefully place a few crab fingers in the hot oil and fry for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
