Add Sausage and Chicken
Stir in the sliced andouille sausage and cubed chicken breast. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the chicken is browned.

Add Tomatoes and Broth
Stir in the canned diced tomatoes, chicken broth, long grain rice, creole seasoning, bay leaves, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.

Simmer
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and has absorbed the liquid.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat, discard bay leaves, and fluff the jambalaya with a fork. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
