Marinate the Shrimp
In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Shrimp
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

Assemble the Po-Boy
Slice the French bread in half lengthwise. Layer the cooked shrimp inside the bread. Optionally, add lettuce, tomato slices, and remoulade sauce on top.
