Prepare the Strawberries
Rinse the fresh strawberries under cold water. Remove the stems and cut them into halves or quarters for easier blending.

Prepare the Jalapeño
Slice the jalapeño in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds if you prefer a milder flavor, or keep them for extra heat. Chop the jalapeño into smaller pieces.

Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the chopped strawberries, jalapeño pieces, sugar, and lime juice. Blend until smooth, then taste and adjust sweetness or heat as desired.

Prepare the Glass
Take a glass and rub a lime wedge around the rim. Dip the rim into a plate of salt to coat it.

Mix the Margarita
In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice, and the strawberry jalapeño mix. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.

Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of strawberry or jalapeño on the rim if desired.
