Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Generously season both sides of the ribeye steaks with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Heat the Pan

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

  3. 3

    Cook the Steak

Add the seasoned ribeye steaks to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side until browned.

  4. 4

    Flip and Add Flavor

Flip the steaks and add butter, garlic, and rosemary to the pan. Cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, basting with the melted butter.

  5. 5

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Fries Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel the russet potatoes and cut them into thin strips.

  2. 7

    Heat the Oil

In a deep pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

  3. 8

    Fry the Potatoes

Carefully add potato strips to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

  4. 9

    Drain and Season

Remove fries from oil and drain on paper towels. Immediately season with salt.

Salad Preparation

  1. 10

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and dry mixed greens. Cut cucumber into thin slices and halve the cherry tomatoes.

  2. 11

    Mix the Salad

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.

  3. 12

    Dress the Salad

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle over the salad and toss gently to combine.
