- 3
- 4
Bake the crust
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool while preparing the filling.
Filling Preparation
- 5
Mix the filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the granulated sugar and continue to beat until well combined.
- 6
Add in sour cream and vanilla
Mix in the sour cream and vanilla extract until smooth.
- 7
Incorporate eggs
Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition to ensure a smooth mixture.
- 8
Add flour
Gently fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined.
- 9
Pour filling into crust
Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- 10
Bake the cheesecake
Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 55 to 60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Just before serving, if desired, toss fresh strawberries or fruit of choice with powdered sugar to create a delicious topping.
- 14
