Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a large bowl, combine the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.

Toss the Wings in Sauce
Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss to coat the wings thoroughly.

Wash the celery stalks thoroughly and cut them into 3-inch pieces.

In a medium bowl, combine blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined.
