1. Prepare the Grain Base

Rinse quinoa or brown rice under cold water. Cook according to package instructions (usually 15-20 minutes for quinoa and 40-45 minutes for brown rice). Set aside.

2. Grill the Protein

Season your choice of grilled chicken breast or tofu with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Grill over medium heat until fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes for chicken; 4-5 minutes per side for tofu). Slice into bite-sized pieces.

3. Roast the Vegetables

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss mixed vegetables in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes or until tender and slightly caramelized.

4. Assemble the Bowl
