Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the vanilla and eggs, then gradually add the dry ingredients. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
In another bowl, use the gluten-free flour to repeat the previous steps, but fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts instead.
Drop tablespoons of cookie dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on wire racks.
Make Ana's Toast
While the cookies bake, mix the cream cheese, honey, and cinnamon in a bowl until smooth. Toast the slices of bread until golden. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the toast and serve.
