Preparation of Ingredients

    Chop the Smoked Salmon

    Finely chop the smoked salmon into small cubes and place in a mixing bowl.

    Prepare the Avocado

    Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Dice the avocado into small cubes and gently add to the mixing bowl with the salmon.

    Halve the Cherry Tomatoes

    Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Add them to the mixing bowl.

    Slice the Scallions

    Chop the scallions (green part only) finely and add them to the mixing bowl.

    Chop Fresh Herbs

    Finely chop the chosen fresh herbs and add them to the mixing bowl.

Making the Lemon Aioli

    Prepare the Aioli

    In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic (crushed), lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well until smooth.

    Add salt and black pepper to taste, and whisk again to combine.

Combining and Serving

    Gently fold the smoked salmon, avocado, cherry tomatoes, scallions, and fresh herbs together in the mixing bowl.
